Description

The Great War plaque is one of six identical plaques for Northwood Parish, manufactured by H. Osborne of Ryde, originally installed in January / February 1921 at :

Northwood : St John's Parish Church
Gurnard : All Saints Church
Gurnard : Primitive Methodist Church
Marks Corner : Primitive Methodist Church
Pallance Road, Northwood : Wesleyan Church
Noke Common : Wesleyan Church


The World War II plaque was unveiled in 2001.
