Born : 1890, Portsmouth.

Married : 24 July 1916, Lilian Penfold, at St Catherine's Church, Ventnor, Isle of Wight.

Census Information :

1891 : John C and Janet O Musselwhite are at 30, Marlborough Row, Portsea, Portsmouth. Their son Owen T Musselwhite is listed aged 4 months. John Musselwhite is a shipwright.

1901 : John and Janet Musselwhite with their family including Owen, are at 6, Shanklin Road, Portsmouth. John Musselwhite is a shipwright; Janet Musselwhite was born in Bembridge.

1911 : Owen Thomas Musselwhite is listed as a "Training College Student" (School Teacher) at St Mark's College, Chelsea, London SW.
