Portsmouth Bn. R.N.D. were at Ostend, Dunkirk & Antwerp in 1914 where Tully was taken Prisoner of War; 7 Feb 1916 exchanged as POW ; 16 Feb 1916 admitted 'D' Ward, Barrack Hospital, Millbank; died of disease on 26 Feb 1916.
