Pilot Officer Ramage served with 104 Squadron RAF equipped with Vickers Wellingtons. The Squadron were based at RAF Kabrit in Egypt
and it is understood that the aircraft was lost at sea during an operational sortie. P/O Ramage is commemorated on the Alamein Memorial.
