Flt Lt Antony Basil Langton was the son of Ernest Charles Langton and Elsie Langton, of Fishbourne. Serving with 202 Sqn at Castle Archdale, Northern Ireland, flying Short Sunderland flying boats on coastal reconnaissance and anti-submarine duties. Specific circumstances of death unknown.

His name also appears on the Binstead War Memorial
