Son of Charles Kearley and Clara Jane Kearley (née Willcocks), of Newport, Isle of Wight.
 
Born : 1881, Newport, Isle of Wight.
 
Found hanged while a recruit with the 3/8th Bn., Hampshire Regiment, at Parkhurst Barracks. Inquest verdict "suicide while temporarily insane".
