Born : 1893 Painscastle, Radnorshire (GRO - birth registered Mar qtr 1893, Hay)

Married : 4 February 1918, Ethel Maud Rew. One daughter, Joyce Mildred Amy, born 1918 (registered Sep qtr 1918, Godshill sub-district).
