KILLED IN ACTION
HAYWARD. - Leonard D. Hayward, Coldstream Guards, son of Lt. Col. E.J. Hayward of Colombo, Ceylon, and grandson of the late James Hayward, of Neroberg, Madeira Road, Ventnor, killed in action between 14th and 16th September, 1916.


James Hayward, his grandfather, died in 1901. His grandmother, Annie Melita Hayward died in 1947.
