: LAC Morgan died as a Prisoner of War in Japanese captivity although this was not confirmed until 13th December 1945. Cyril Morgan had lived at Littlestairs Road, in Shanklin, Isle of Wight. He attended Newport County Secondary School, as a C Morgan appears on the War memorial at the School. |
