Biographical information
SAPPER JOHN MEW, Royal Engineers, was reported missing in France on 23rd April 1917
and subsequently reported killed in action. He was 27 years old and was the son of
Mr and Mrs Ernest Mew of Victoria Villa, Apse Heath.
