The aircraft took off at 11:23 hrs from RAF Feltwell for Ops on the Phillips Valve Factory at Eindhoven. It was hit by flak, and crashed at 12:39 hrs in the target area. All the crew were buried at Woensel Cemetery. Sergeant Greening came from Cowes, Isle of Wight.
