The altar rails in the church were given in memory of Howard Graeme Gibson, and the gift is marked by a small brass plaque near the altar rail.

Howard Graeme Gibson is also commemorated on his mother's headstone in Newtown churchyard, although the inscription is obscured by vegetation and is difficult to read.
