A small brass plaque (approx 4" x 1.5") on choir stall, marking the death of chorister H Fellows.

Harold Fellows

Son of Alfred Henry Fellows and Minnie Fellows (née Dominey), of 7 Beckford Road, Cowes.

Born : 1888, Cowes.

Census information :

1891 : Alfred and Minnie Fellows, with their children including Harold aged 2, are at Beckford Road, Cowes. Alfred Fellows is a Marine Engine Fitter and Turner.

1901 : Alfred and Minnie Fellows, with their children including Harold aged 12, are at Beckford Road, Cowes. Alfred Fellows is a Marine Engine Fitter and Turner.

1911 : Alfred and Minnie Fellows, with their children including Harold aged 22, are at Beckford Road, Cowes. Alfred Fellows is a Engine Fitter and Turner. Harold Fellows is a Printer.

Married : 1912, Hilda Sarah Black, at St Mary's Church, Cowes.

Harold Fellows died, aged 53, at 2 Bernard Road, Cowes, during the air raids on the 5th May 1942 and is named on the Communal Grave at Northwood Cemetery (Cowes). He is buried elsewhere in the Cemetery - see Burial record (Friends of Northwood Cemetery)
